The hotel offers 338 rooms along with 900 sqm of conference and event space, as such, the rooms to space ratio is critical, particularly for events booked further in advance, i.e., greater than three months. Naturally each group and event is considered on its own merit regarding both potential revenue as well as potential to generate future business opportunities, particularly if the event is tied to an organization that is listed on our Top 5 BT Target list (Amazon, Ernst & Young, HSBC, Deloitte, and PwC). Weekends typically offer the greatest rate yielding opportunities, as such group rooms will typically be capped at 50 for a 1-nt LOS on a Friday or Saturday and 75 for 2-nt Friday arrival. Sun-Thurs group caps will also be capped, however at significantly higher levels based on arrival DOW and LOS, 100-180 rooms/night.
