About us
Madang Resort is ideally located at the entrance to the beautiful Madang Harbour, with absolute water frontage onto Dallman Passage and Yamilon Lagoon. The resort also boasts the largest and best equipped conference centre in PNG along with a well equipped business centre, gift shop, hair salon, gallery, three restaurants, four swimming pools, marina, newly opened gymnasium, PADI dive shop, heli-pad and tennis court in 15 acres of landscaped tropical gardens (with two lagoons, waterfall and barramundi pond) and all just 500m from the centre of downtown Madang. It’s the best of both worlds; close to the action but far away from the hustle and bustle! Hire of bicycles, cars, canoes, kayaks, catamaran sailing boats, tennis courts and daily sightseeing are just a few of the other fantastic facilities available to house guests. The Madang Resort also has several marquees available to provide flexibility with venues, enabling organizers to take advantage of our spectacular waterfront location, or for use in remote locations for private conferences, dinners or trade shows. Marquees suitable for groups from 20 - 100 or 200 – 400 are available. Tables, chairs, PA system and naturally fully equipped outboard catering are available.
