Lavrion Teknoloji ve Kültür Parkı, kültürel etkinliklerin yanı sıra kurumsal toplantılar ve sunumlar, defileler, fotoğrafçılık, sosyal etkinlikler ve televizyon ve film çekimleri de dahil olmak üzere çeşitli etkinliklere ev sahipliği yapma konusunda zengin bir geçmişe sahiptir. Villa Serpieri'nin beş toplantı odası küçük ölçekli profesyonel veya sosyal toplantılara ev sahipliği yapabilir ve 120 kişiye kadar ağırlayabilir. Birinci katta yer alan Farmakio I, 110 m2 alana sahiptir ve 120 kişiye kadar ev sahipliği yapabilmektedir. Zemin katta yer alan Farmakio II, 70 m2 alana sahiptir ve toplam 80 kişi ağırlayabilir. Michanourgio başlangıçta tüm kompleksin bakım tesislerini oluşturdu ve üretimi destekledi. Modern Yunanistan'ın ilk ve en iyi donanımlı makine atölyelerinden biriydi. Bina 500 m2 büyüklüğündedir ve 500 kişiyi ağırlayabilir.
