Our team is working diligently to ensure that our hotel can continue to provide essential services in this challenging environment. We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization statements regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are following guidance from these agencies and local health authorities. Our hotels’ health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include, but are not limited to the following rigorous hygiene protocols: - EcoLab Housekeeping program which includes cleaning product specifications for guest room and common area cleaning procedures - Increased frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobbies, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.) and have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant. - We will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations. - We have increased the deployment of hand sanitizers. - Adjusted housekeeping service frequency for in-house guests, to minimize contact - Contact less check-in available
