Bealey’s Speights Alehouse has been successfully running functions for the past 5 years. With the added bonus of onsite accommodation, they are the perfect venue for small day meetings, larger business conferences, tour groups, sports teams and as a central location for families from outside town requiring accommodation. There is no surcharge on public holidays, and providing you’re bringing enough friends, there is no fee for use of their Function Room. Cocktail functions for up to 120pax can be catered for. They offer a selection of platters and catering options, to suit any taste or budget. Their well trained bar staff will look after you for the night, serving you some of our finest ales and any other special requirements. Their function room can comfortably hold 75 diners for a seated dinner. They have the options of 2, 3 or 4 course Set Menus, which contain dishes taken straight from our popular ala carte’ menu.
