We offer a wide range of Yoga Classes including Beginners Yoga Introductory Courses, Hatha, HOT YOGA, Integral & Vinyasa Flow Yoga and specialist classes such as Ante-natal Yoga, Post-Natal Yoga, Baby Yoga as well as Pilates, Tai Chi and Meditation and Mindfulness. Our studios, treatment rooms and relaxation area double up as ideal Meeting Venues for training, meetings and conferences and private hire. Professional therapists offer a wide choice of health-promoting and stress-relieving complementary therapies, we also house a Hairdressers and Beauty Therapy.
