San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is an international airport located 13 miles (21 km) south of downtown San Francisco, California, near Millbrae and San Bruno in unincorporated San Mateo County. SFO is the largest airport in the Bay Area and the second busiest in California, after Los Angeles International Airport. It has flights to points throughout North America and is a major gateway to Europe and Asia.

Levi's Stadium is a football stadium in Santa Clara, California and is the new home of the San Francisco 49ers football team. Levi's Stadium is scheduled to host Super Bowl 50 on February 7, 2016 and WrestleMania 31 on March 29, 2015. It will be the new permanent home of college football's annual Fight Hunger Bowl and the Pac-12 Championship Game.

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom includes a variety of roller coasters and other amusement rides, along with a collection of animal exhibits and shows. It has been part of the Six Flags chain of amusement parks since 1999.

Aquarium of the Bay is a public aquarium located at Embarcadero and Beach Street, at the edge of Pier 39 in San Francisco, California. The Aquarium is focused on local aquatic animals from the San Francisco Bay and neighboring waters. The Aquarium has over 50 sharks from species such as sevengill sharks, leopard sharks, soupfins, spiny dogfish, brown smoothhounds and angel sharks. The Aquarium also has skates, bat rays and thousands of other animals including eels, flatfish, rockfish, Wrasse, Gobies, Kelpfish, Pricklebacks, Ronquil, Sculpin and Sturgeons.

AT&T Park is a ballpark primarily used for hosting Major League Baseball games for the SF Giants. It is located in the South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood of San Francisco, California. It has served as the home of the San Francisco Giants since 2000. The park also hosted the annual Fight Hunger Bowl, a college football bowl game from 2002 to 2013, and other occasional sporting and musical events. For the 2011 season, the park served as the home of the California Golden Bears football team. The park is also included as a playable gig in the music video game Guitar Hero World Tour.

The Palace of Fine Arts in the Marina District of San Francisco, California, is a monumental structure originally constructed for the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition in order to exhibit works of art presented there. One of only a few surviving structures from the Exposition, it is the only one still situated on its original site. In addition to hosting art exhibitions, it remains a popular attraction for tourists and locals, and is a favorite location for weddings and wedding party photographs for couples throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Union Square is a 2.6-acre public plaza bordered by Geary, Powell, Post and Stockton Streets in San Francisco, California.
