NH La Avanzada hotel is a brand new glazed structure boasting a modern design which blends perfectly with the adjoining buildings. It is located in the municipality of Leioa, on the bank of the river Inlet, in front of the Artaza Palace and is very close to the University of the Basque Country, in an excellent residential and commercial area, with offices, shops and entertainment.
