Located at the corner of Peachtree and Ponce in Midtown Atlanta, the dual-brand Courtyard Atlanta Midtown and Element Atlanta Midtown hotels are on track to open late September 2021. The two complementary Marriott brands will serve both short-term and extended stay guests with 282 guest rooms and suites, offering unbeatable convenience to Atlanta’s top attractions, including the iconic Fox Theatre. The 14-story building will host a 4-story parking garage and The Ponce Room Bar & Kitchen. Designed for travelers with a multitasking, 24/7 lifestyle, Courtyard Atlanta Midtown features everything needed to work, exercise, eat well & connect. Guests enjoy a sophisticated, yet comfortable environment with a timeless classic style. From day to night, each space is adaptable and welcoming, allowing for conversation and relaxation. The on-site Bistro provides an upscale, fast casual dining environment with fresh, made-to-order options and a full range of grab and go selections for guests who are on the go. Providing meeting planners and attendees with a variety of unique spaces, offering over 3,000 sq. ft. of space, that promote an interactive exchange of ideas that foster creativity and collaboration. In the evolving digital world, in-person meetings have become even more important in developing strong personal connections.
