The hotel is located in Hovingham, a handsome Yorkshire village set in glorious, green countryside. Being built in 1841 in a late Georgian style, specifically to welcome guest to the area, we're often referred to as one of the prettiest hotels near York. We're a traditional North Yorkshire Hotel with 20 bedrooms, but offer all the modern conveniences you'd expect. The hotel offers a variety of options for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Depending on the size of your party the hotel can be booked on an exclusive use basis. Wedding ceremonies and receptions of various sizes can be catered for within the main building.
