Valor Hospitality Partners commissioned a DE&I research project with a credible third party.  The finding has provided the foundation to the global DE&I statement and a UK regional action plan which is led by representatives of the leadership team and supported by an Infinity Group made up of representatives from across the business.  Our goal is to great a sense of belonging for everyone and we’re actively working on this through a number of initiatives.
