Your event booking rate can vary depending on your use and needs – please inquire with the following information and we will provide you a custom quote: -Set-Up Time -Start Time -End Time -Number of People For your convenience, below is a guideline of our rates: DAYTIME RENTALS (3hr minimum, ending prior to 5 pm): Please Inquire. 1-25 people 650$ hour. 26-50 people 850$ hour. 51-75 people 1050$ hour. 76-100 people 1250$ hour. EVENING RENTALS (3hr minimum, ending after 5 pm): Please Inquire. 1-25 people 750$ hour. 26-50 people 950$ hour. 51-75 people 1150$ hour. 76-100 people 1350$ hour. The rental includes everything in the space from the use of the kitchen and all its furnishings (dishes, glassware, flatware, etc) to the furniture (dining tables & cross-back chairs) and use of our in-house sound system and tv, and this will include the cleaning too.
