Wine Tasting
Tour our local wineries and learn how the special soils and Michigan's lake-effect weather allows growers to produce unique wines. Most vineyards offer free tastings, giving you the perfect opportunity to discover a new favorite varietal. Nearby cider mills also feature seasonal tractor rides, corn mazes, and pumpkin patches.
Breweries
Whether it's enjoying a microbrew in a historic building or bringing out your inner foodie as you pair made-from-scratch foods with freshly crafted beers, Lansing has the brewery for you.
Distilleries
The discerning whiskey or vodka drinker can sample small-batch spirits in one of Lansing's one-of-a-kind distilleries. The Michigan State University Artisan Distilling Program also hosts two-day workshops to learn how spirits are distilled.
