About us
Burrow Hall is a restored Lakeland farmhouse situated on the A591, midway between Kendal (3 miles) and Windermere (6 miles) on the fringes of the Lake District National Park. Ronnie and Viv run this warm and friendly bed and breakfast set in landscaped grounds with plenty of private parking. In the morning you will be given the choice of a fabulous English breakfast cooked by Ronnie or alternatively you can help yourself to cereals and fruit. We will be more than happy to provide you with useful local information including places to eat and visit. In 2011 it was lovingly renovated into two homes, one of which is now a self catering cottage along with The Hideaway which also sits in the grounds. If you are a large party then renting both properties could accommodate you all whilst keeping you in close proximity. The Hideaway can sleep 8 people and Burrow Cottage can sleep 5 people.
