Upon arrival in the airport and once baggage has been retrieved, you may take the escalator or elevator to lower level 1, exit to exterior and proceed to Ground Transportation located at pillars 5 &6. You will then cross the street and see the taxis and shuttles area, where you will await our hotel shuttle. At this time, you may telephone our hotel location at 949-863-1999 to request for shuttle pick up. We are located just 1.5 miles from the airport and should arrive within 5–10 minutes from the time of your call. Due to airport safety and regulations, our drivers are not permitted to remain parked and waiting at the airport. Upon hotel departure, you may schedule your SNA Airport drop off with our front desk team. Our shuttle leaves for the airport every hour on the hour when there are requests. As well, based on availability, we may be able to honor special time requests. A shuttle waiting area is located at the hotel lobby or exterior bench located at the hotel’s main entrance.
