Redesigned by renowned landscape architect James Corner, together with other international and local designers, the Avenue of Stars on the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront has been revitalised with a host of thrilling new features to kick off 2019. Brought to you by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and New World Development, the Avenue of Stars pays tribute to the mesmerising Victoria Harbour view while providing a warm welcome to the people in Hong Kong and the tourists from all over the world.

Strategically located at the seaside of Tsim Sha Tsui, the Hong Kong Space Museum commenced its construction in 1977. Mr. Joseph Ming Gun LEE of the Public Works Department was the chief architect of the project. Hong Kong Space Museum was commissioned in October 1980. It is the first local planetarium for the popularisation of astronomy and space science. The unique egg-shaped dome renders the 8000-square-metre museum to be one of the most famous landmarks in Hong Kong.

Xiqu Centre is a performing art studio in Hong Kong. Located in Tsim Sha Tsui, the venue is part of the West Kowloon Cultural District and the first building completed in the district plan. The construction began on 24 September 2013, and completed in 2018, costing 2.7 billion HK dollars. The Centre opened to the public on 20 January 2019.

The Hong Kong Cultural Centre is a public multipurpose performance facility in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Located at Salisbury Road, it was built by the former Urban Council and, since 2000, has been administered by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Hong Kong Government.

Kowloon Park is a large public park in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It has an area of 13.3 hectares and is managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

Bow down before the magnificent statue of the Giant Buddha at Ngong Pin Plateau. Set amidst spectacular mountain scenery, this is the world’s largest outdoor seated bronze Buddha. The nearby Po Lin Monastery is a sacred spot for devout Buddhists in Hong Kong and is open from 9 am to 6 pm daily. Ngong Ping Village nearby is architecturally designed and landscaped to reflect the cultural and spiritual integrity of the Ngong Ping area. The Village features several theme attractions along with shops and restaurants.
