Savage River Lodge was initially founded as a destination retreat for small companies and executive level management to get away from the distractions of the office and find focus and inspiration within nature. They now host visitors for all purposes, including weddings, milestone birthdays and annivesary parties, or simply couples and small families that want to get away from the city for a weekend. Located within 2.5 hours of Washington, Baltimore, and Pittsburgh, Savage River Lodge is not far, and yet a world away.
