TOTAL CANCELLATION Rooms and services reserved are subject to cancelation fees should the group is cancelled entirely in accordance with the following schedule and dates: - From the date of contract signature and up to 90 days prior to arrival , the total expected revenue can be cancelled with penalty equal to the 1st paid deposit. - 89 – 60 days prior to arrival , 25% of the total expected revenue will be charged as cancelation fees. - 59– 30 days prior to arrival , 50% of the total expected revenue will be charged as cancelation fees. - 29 - 8 days prior to arrival , 85% of the total expected revenue will be charged as cancelation fees. - Between 7 days and the arrival date, 100% of the total expected revenue will be charged as cancelation fees. The calculation will be made based on the total of the pro-forma invoice for the contracted services. PARTIAL CANCELLATION The Company will have the chance to deduct the number of reserved rooms and services in accordance with the following schedule and dates: - From the contract signature date and up to 8 days before the arrival date, 10% of the total rooms originally contracted can be cancelled without cancellation fees, per day and 10% of the originally contracted participants at the Food & Beverage pre-booked functions. Every room cancelled or every participant at Food & Beverage functions over and above the 10% will be charged with full cancelation fees for the full duration of stay and cost of the function. - From 7 days and up to the arrival date, full cancellation fees will apply for any room or participant cancelled for the full duration of stay and cost of the function. Any reduction which is greater than the above-mentioned percentages will be fully charged. The calculation will be made based on the total of the pro-forma invoice for the contracted services. NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURES In case of no-show/early departure, the hotel is entitled to charge the full amount per no-show/early departure room.
