Any cancellation of the Event must be in writing to the Owner, at least 6 months prior to the scheduled Event Date. All payments made to JB ballroom will be nonrefundable. Should there be a cancellation 5 months or less, client will responsible for minimum of $2,000 (in addition to the nonrefundable deposit) If the cancellation is more than 6 months, client may reschedule (up to 1 year from date, subject to availability) . Deposit will go towards new date. If client cancels 6 months before, they will forfeit deposit and all monies deposited to JB Ballroom.
