Hotel Les Grands Montets

Built in 1963, the cable-car located in Argentière (1,252m) makes it possible to reach the Grands Montets 3,275m, under the incredible Aiguille Verte. But by 2023, everyone will once again be able to enjoy the magic of these great natural spaces, thanks to the lift-stations designed by the architect Renzo Piano. Access to the top of "Les Grands" will be achieved thanks to another great name: that of Doppelmayr with its 3S cable car, which embodies comfort and safety at the highest level.

After 20 minutes of an unforgettable journey, marvel at the famous Mer de Glace, a true witness to the climate changes of our time. Once at the Montenvers station, admire the north faces of the Grandes Jorasses at the end of the Leschaux glacier.
