Hotel de la Poste – Hampshire Classic was built in 1730 as the unassuming hotel “Grand Cerf” and was renamed “Grand Saint-Hubert” in 1828. In the 18th and 19th centuries it largely provided lodging to stagecoach travellers on their journeys between England, Switzerland, The Netherlands and Paris, which is thy the name was changed to Hotel de la Poste. The hotel now has 60 comfortable rooms, a meeting room, restaurant, brasserie and gourmet kitchen, with a highly varied menu and wine list. There is also an atmospheric bar and lounge, with a terrace for use in fine weather.
