Ideal group for this hotel would be Sunday or Monday arrival, departing Thursday or Friday, with a high budget and able to commit to strong attrition/cancellation terms. We will run high ADR's throughout the year, and the product to match the rates. With 188 guest rooms and 12,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, our preferred group size would be about 40-50 rooms on peak, and about $25K in F&B spend. We will likely have a total group ceiling of 80-90 rooms throughout the year. Although, based on the volume of group opportunities in the market, there are likely times that we will exceed this ceiling (at the proper ADR).
