Cancellation Policy
Room Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable, but if you notify us ten days prior to the arrival day, you can then transfer the deposit to another night’s stay. If you cancel within the ten-day notice and we are not able to re-book, the deposit then becomes non-transferable. If you cancel within the twenty-four hour period prior to your arrival date, we reserve the right to charge the full night’s stay if we are unable to re-book the room. Please contact the Corporate Services Director for Corporate Event cancellation policies.
