Fitness equipment has been reconfigured to comply with the NSW social distancing guidelines, limited capacities on how many people in the gym at one given time (up to 15) this is based on current NSW Government restrictions

Yes, The gym has undergone a deep clean by an external company Rentokil Initial. Increased the cleaning schedule to every 3 hours with hospital grade cleaning products, hand sanitisers + disinfectant wipes are available. Showers are put out of order

Yes, Pillows, bathrobes, duvets, linen are changed upon check out. The hotel Headboards are wooden/leather and sanitisers are used when servicing the room and at check out as well as the entire room with hospital grade disinfectant.

Yes, These policies change on a regular basis, we comply with the NSW government restrictions. we monitor this and update the hotels procedures as policies change by the NSW Gov.
