All units are divided into three categories Deluxe, Premium and Suite only some of them can be in the apartment formula which means with a kitchen inside* They can accommodate one person as a single-use or two people as a double. Only the premium double could be considered as triple. In particular n. 134 rooms without kitchen and n. 105 rooms with a kitchen *The units defined in the map with the kitchen have an extra charge of € 25 euro per night for the kitchen supplement

Terms and Conditions - A deposit of 30% is required within 7 days after signing the contract. - The first instalment of 20% is due no later than March 2025. - The second instalment of 30% is due no later than June 2025. The remaining balance must be paid 10 days before arrival
