Avbeställningspolicy
In the event of a group cancellation occurring from the Date of Agreement to one hundred eighty-one (181) business days prior to the Event(s), liquidated damages in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes. In the event of a group cancellation occurring from one hundred eighty (180) business days to ninety-one (91) business days prior to the Event(s), liquidated damages in the amount of twenty five percent (25%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes. In the event of a group cancellation occurring from ninety (90) business days to thirty-one (31) business days prior to the Event(s), liquidated damages in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes. In the event of a group cancellation within thirty (30) business days of the Event(s), liquidated damages in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes. “Total Room Revenue” is the dollar amount equal to the number of room nights in the Room Night Commitment multiplied by the Groups average room rate (excluding staff room rates and complimentary rooms, if any). If applicable, provincial, and local taxes will be added to the amounts listed above. Provided the Group provides timely notification to the Hotel of the Cancellation and pays the above liquidated damages, Hotel agrees not to seek additional damages from the Group relating to the Cancellation.
