Avbeställningspolicy

INDIVIDUALS (up to 9 rooms): 1. if a Request (up to 5 rooms) is changed (cancelled or reduced number of rooms) later than 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the Service start date indicated in the Request, or in the event of no-show of guests, the Company shall pay the Hotel a contractual penalty of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total Request amount for the first 24 hours. GROUPS (10-15 rooms): 1. Cancellations received 15 days or more before the arrival date will not be subject to cancellation fees; 2. Between 14 and 10 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the number of initially booked rooms or 50% of the group capacity (nights) may be cancelled free of charge; 3. Between 9 and 4 days prior to the arrival date, 25% of the number of initially booked rooms or 25% of the group capacity (nights) may be cancelled free of charge; 4. For rooms cancelled less than 3 days before the date of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to impose a penalty of 100% (one hundred per cent) of the sum of cancelled rooms for the first day; GROUPS (16-50 rooms): 1. Cancellations received 30 days or more before the arrival date will not be subject to cancellation fees; 2. Between 29 and 21 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the number of initially booked rooms or 50% of the group capacity (nights) may be cancelled free of charge; 3. Between 20 and 10 days prior to the arrival date, 25% of the number of initially booked rooms or 25% of the group capacity (nights) may be cancelled free of charge; 4. Between 9 and 4 days prior to the arrival date, 10% of the number of initially booked rooms or 10% of the group capacity (nights) may be cancelled free of charge; 5. For rooms cancelled less than 3 days before the date of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to impose a penalty of 100% (one hundred percent) of the sum of cancelled rooms for the first day.
