Seated strategically few meters from the Tagaytay Rotonda, the Windy Ridge Hotel, which opened last December 2006, is right at the door of Tagaytay's booming tourism strip. The cathedral-ceiling lobby extends to a veranda that showcases Taal, Tagaytay's wonder and the world's smallest volcano, sitting at the center of the lake that shares its name.
