Our Life-Style Bar, which is basically the hub of life at A-ROSA Sylt, is the place to come to enjoy refreshing cocktails, delicious snacks, fine wines or just a creamy cappuccino accompanied by a slice of cake from our in-house patisserie. Come back later in the evening to reflect on the day's happenings while nestled up in front of the fireplace, or in the library or simply round off the day with some great bar entertainment.

The “Sylter Royal”, an oyster harvested around Sylt, can be found on many restaurant menus, and also of course on the menus of the restaurants and taverns on Sylt. However, those who visit “Austernmeyer” will enjoy a large selection of the best oyster dishes plus the original and true atmosphere of oyster farming near the oyster beds. At the facilities of “Dittmeyer's Austern-Compagnie” the proof is in the pudding, or rather in the oyster.
