Park Hotel Villa Potenziani, with its stupendous garden and natural park, has stood at 500 meters on the top of San Mauro hill, since 1778, with a panorama to be envied which sweeps from Valle Oracola to the city of Rieti's monumental em battlement walls. Inside the prestigious building, the hospitality can offer 28 rooms including three junior suites and one presidential suite of 60 sqm. Conferences, seminars, business meetings, executive courses, press conferences, for all that we have 3 conference room equipped: the largest, the Serra, with 120 seats and exit to the park; the brightest, the Glass Room with 50 seats; the most intimate, the Yellow Room with 40 seats. The garden offers the chance to relax and is the perfect place for coffee breaks and buffet lunch.
