At this stage the Hotel may release up to 25% of the rooms not picked up from the group block. 60 days before arrival: A further reconfirmation will take place. A further 25% of the room not picked up may be released at this stage. 45 Days before arrival: The final block confirmation will take place. A further 10% of the room not picked up may be released at this stage
