Pontefract Town Hall

Listed grade II, deriving from two generations of civic and public meeting places, on the site of Moot Hall built in 1656 and it's medieval predecessor destroyed in the Civil War. It has played a prominent role in the civic and cultural Pontefract for generations. The town hall has recently undergone a program of improvements. Further works are planned to strengthen its role in the heart of the local community and at the center of the regeneration of Pontefract.
