There is a $25.00 service fee for cancellations made 15 days before your arrival time. The balance of your deposit may be used for a future stay within one year of your original reservation. If a cancellation is made during the 14 days before your arrival time, the entire cost of your stay is due unless we are able to rebook your room. If we are able to rebook your room we will be happy to apply your deposit to a future visit (within one year, based on availability) to The Mark Addy. * * This cancellation policy does not apply to special events, group bookings, holiday weeknds or bookings of 2 or more rooms by one party. Upon confirmation the customer will be responsible for the entire reservation. Refunds for these cancellations will be made only upon the establishments ability to re-book the cancelled rooms.
