Close to shopping malls as well as next to one of the major police stations in the city thus security guaranteed as well very close to State House thus extra security within the environment. Being a business travel guest hotel with major having an average occupancy of 70% and above on weekdays from Monday to Thursday then slows down on Friday and Saturday which we target the leisure market for occupancy to go up. On Sunday's it picks again with business travel guest. Major market segment are Corporate both international and local, NGO's and UN bodies.Request input on Leisure segment to fill in the gap for average room rate be 100%.Meeting space a challenge due to conference room sizes with the largest having a capacity of 80pax.
