In this case, the deposit paid during your reservation will be returned to you, - For any total or partial cancellation received between 60 days and 45 days before the group's arrival, * up to 20% of the initial total of services reserved per day can be canceled without penalties, * beyond the 20% authorized, any canceled service will be invoiced to the Client at the negotiated rate for the entire stay, - For any total or partial cancellation received between 44 days and 30 days before the group's arrival, * up to 15% of the initial total of services reserved per day can be canceled without penalties, * beyond the 15% authorized, any canceled service will be invoiced to the Client at the negotiated rate for the entire stay, - For any total or partial cancellation received between 29 days and 15 days before the group's arrival, * up to 10% of the initial total of services reserved per day can be canceled without penalties, * beyond the 10% authorized, any canceled service will be invoiced to the Client at the negotiated rate for the entire stay, - For any total or partial cancellation received between 14 days and 7 days before the group's arrival * up to 5% of the initial total of services reserved per day can be canceled without penalties, * beyond the 5% authorized, any canceled service will be invoiced to the Client at the negotiated rate for the entire stay, - For any total or partial cancellation received between 6 days and the arrival of the group as well as any No-Show, * no cancellations will be accepted, * any cancellation will be invoiced to the Customer at the initially negotiated rate for the entire stay.
