Should you cancel or postpone your event, the following schedule of charges will apply with written notice of cancellation received in advance of your event date by the following schedule: 91 days or more prior to event date, 25% of estimated total including applicable tax 90-61 days prior to event date 50% of estimated total including applicable tax 60-31 days prior to event date 75% of estimated total including applicable tax 30-0 days prior to event date 100% of estimated total including applicable tax
