The hotel is located in downtown El Paso within the Arts District also known as Las Plazas. With the Rio Grande sustaining prosperous growth, the area dates back to the founding of the city, and today, it is also the location for the El Paso Museum of Art, San Jacinto Plaza, Plaza Theatre, Judson F. Williams Convention Center, Abraham Chavez Theatre, and Southwest University Park.
