Yes, We have removed the single use packets and moved to a refillable pump for Coffee creamer. Due to the pandemic, we have had to keep our single use for stir and in room cups but will explore alternatives.

Yes, Reliant energy uses a mix of renewable and non-renewable sources of energy.
