Tetherow has trails right outside of several of our vacation home doors' that connect directly up with Phil's Trail!

Winter through spring, it's a powder seeker's paradise, with the highest skiable elevation in all of Oregon and Washington. With over 4,300 acres of lift-accessible terrain and 101 runs, whether you ski or snowboard, there's no shortage of fun to be had on this mountain, which Kayak.com listed as the 'top trending ski destination' in North America in 2019. But the fun doesn't stop after the snow melts. The remainder of the year, the mountain is extremely popular with mountain bikers, hikers, frisbee golfers, sight seers, and diners alike!

You guarantee that your event will provide the Total Minimum Anticipated Revenue. You agree and understand that, in the event of a cancellation or lack of full performance by you, our actual damages would be difficult to determine. Therefore, you agree that should you cancel your Event for any reason other than a valid Force Majeure occurrence. You will pay as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, a percentage of the Total Anticipated Revenue for your Event, plus any applicable state and/or local taxes as required by law, calculated as follows: Cancellation within 6-4 months prior to arrival date -25% of cancellation value Cancellation within 4-2-months prior to arrival date -50% of cancellation value Cancellation within 1 month prior to arrival date -100% of cancellation value Payment of cancellation damages is due upon delivery of written notice of cancellation to the hotel. We may consider your notice of cancellation to be invalid and thus may not release accommodations held until payment of the applicable cancellation damages is received; therefore delay in payment may result in higher cancellation damages owed per the schedule above.
