Port Adelaide Rowing Club is the home of rowing in South Australia. Over 130 years old, PARC has a rich local and national history equivalent to any rowing club in Australia. It is proud to be one of the few clubs in South Australia to welcome people into the sport of rowing regardless of age, experience, ability or status. The Port Adelaide Rowing Club is right on the banks of the Port River. Its waterfront location offers unparalleled views of huge ships gliding in and out of harbor, busy tugs, frolicking dolphins, small river traffic and boats under sail. Its club rooms have recently undergone extensive renovations. Relocation of the bar to overlook the long rowing course on the Port River and new furnishings to cater for 100 people make the club rooms an attractive function center hire option, at very reasonable rates.
