About us

Regatta 1 is the Sunshine Coast's premier business centre and Serviced office. Serviced offices are a more convenient option than office leasing. It is conveniently located in Birtinya half way between Maroochydore and Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast. When you arrive from your office, you can take your client to a four person meeting room or our 6 person meeting room. The Conference room comes complete with white board and data projector and seats up to 30 people. And to make sure your client feels comfortable and relaxed, our receptionist will also serve tea and coffee. Our Board and Meeting rooms are available for external hire on an hourly or half and full day rates. Minimum hire for Board room is two hours and Meeting room is one hour.
