The Sunny, formerly known as Newport Beachside Resort, is a family-owned and operated oceanfront hotel located steps from Miami's historic Newport Fishing Pier. With 340 rooms, an expansive pool deck, six dining outlets, event space, a spa, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, and an exceptional kids' entertainment program, The Sunny aims to provide the ultimate resort experience. The Sunny is set to usher in a new era of travel and excitement for Sunny Isles Beach. Opening in late 2024, it will be Miami's go-to destination for community centric fun and relaxation.
