A full refund will be issued, less a $10 cancellation fee, for all reservations cancelled 24 hours or more prior to your arrival. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your arrival we will only refund your deposit if we are able to re-rent your room or suite. You may change the dates without penalty. You are responsible for payment for all nights reserved. If you must cancel any of the nights reserved, please do so 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged.
