The fully equipped Business Centre and Portomaso Suite offer an extensive range of meeting options and are ideal for any meeting capacity from 2 to 506 delegates, whilst the Hilton Malta Conference Centre is a first-class, state-of-the-art venue capable of hosting much larger events. The Grandmaster’s Suite in the Hilton Malta Conference Centre is extremely versatile and multi-functional. Be it medical and pharmaceutical conferences, annual general meetings, banquets or receptions, this suite can take up to 1,330 seated in theatre-style part of which includes a tiered balcony with 230 seats. The magnificent stage is ideal for a wide range of presentations and also has a lift, which can take up heavy equipment, even a car, at just the touch of a button. An in-built screen facilitates back and front projection. The stage can be dismantled or set up according to the client’s requirements. Lights and other audio equipment are all cutting-edge and readily available with the room hire. The Centre also offers a multi-purpose hall and eight syndicate rooms (five of which offer natural daylight) spread on four levels, linked by escalators and lift. There is extensive pre-function space and ancillary space for exhibitions and catering, which will ensure that the centre can provide a one-stop solution to all sorts of events.

Cancellation Policy
Performance Damages You may reduce the minimum numbers of pre-booked bedroom accommodation, delegate packages, meeting room hire and F&B by: • 50% between the signature of contract and 180 days prior to Arrival Date and no charge will be incurred. Reductions in excess of 50% shall be subject to a fee equal to 25% of the total revenue of the reductions. • 30% between 179 days to 90 days prior to Arrival Date and no charges will be incurred. Reductions in excess of 30%, shall be subject to a fee equal to 35% of the total revenue of the reductions. • 15% between 89 days to 60 days prior to Arrival Date and no charges will be incurred. Reductions in excess of 15%, shall be subject to a fee equal to 40% of the total revenue of the reductions. • 10% between 59 days to 30 days prior to Arrival Date and no charges will be incurred. Reductions in excess of 10%, shall be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the total revenue of the reductions. • 05% between 29 days to 15 days prior to Arrival Date and no charges will be incurred. Reductions in excess of 05%, shall be subject to a fee equal to 75% of the total revenue of the reductions. • If you elect to reduce the minimum numbers of pre-booked bedroom accommodation, pre-booked delegate requirements, pre-booked room hire and pre-booked F&B at any time from 14 days or less prior to Arrival Date and any no shows on the day, then you will be assessed a liquidated damages fee equal to 100% of the total revenue of the reductions. Full Cancellation Damages Cancellation between date of signing and 150 days before=35% of total revenue Cancellation between 149 days and 90 days before=50% of total revenue Cancellation between 89 days and 30 days before=75% of total revenue Cancellation between 29 days and date of Event=100% of total revenue

Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
