BY PLANE Edinburgh Airport is a 60 minute drive from the resort. Take the scenic route from Edinburgh Airport to St Andrews, driving through picturesque fishing villages. TRAIN St Andrews is not on the train line. The nearest station is Leuchars, which is on main line from London, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. Leuchars train station is a 20-minutes’ drive away from the Fairmont Hotel St Andrews. BUS Buses are available from the station to St Andrews or guests can travel by taxi or car directly to the hotel. Approximately a 15-minute journey from the train station to St Andrews. 2 to 3 buses per hour between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and less frequently at other times.
