Joe R: "This hotel came as a very nice surprise! The spacious house is very clean and well maintained. I spent almost a week there and the whole staff was outstandingly unobtrusive and authentically friendly and helpful. This is what I call real hospitality, you could feel it. My room was spacious and as clean as everything else in the hotel. Wifi was well functioning and available everywhere in the hotel area. There are some little gems, like the gym with virtually every work out equipment you think of. That includes also the pool of a size that allows real swimming or a relaxing time in the whirl pool. The "Tavern" restaurant is a nice contrast to other hotel bars I have seen. It is really like a pub and as far as I can tell also locals came in to spend a nice evening there. Finally, the breakfast was served from a buffet and offered something for every liking. I liked particularly the many nice seating areas throughout the building. We had a company meeting at the hotel and also the meeting facilities were outstanding. All of this comes at a decent and well worth price. I recommend it because it has great facilities for the meeting, catering is very good, and there are many activities outside of the meeting. There is a nice indoor lap pool and a heated outdoor pool. Nice variety of foods and many options. Staff are great and work to be as helpful as possible. "
