About us
The Star hotel is situated in the historic part of the city, in the main High Street, the hotel is close to parks, the shopping precinct and malls. Whilst preserving all the 'olde worlde' charm and atmosphere, the owners and management have succeeded in tastefully furnishing the hotel to a very high standard. Four function rooms in the hotel cater for a variety of private events, from small family celebrations to weddings and major business conferences. Smaller syndicate rooms are also available for interviews and discussions. In addition, The Hotel has 44 bedrooms, all with modern facilities.
