Cancellation Policy
Written notice is required no less than ninety (90) days prior to the Event, in which case the RACEWAY shall be entitled to keep the Deposit as a cancellation fee.. No cancellation shall be permitted within ninety (90) days prior to the Event and the User shall be liable for the entire amount of the guaranteed minimum rent plus any costs or other damages incurred by the RACEWAY as a result of the User's cancellation or failure to perform.
