Cancellation by Hirer: A penalty fee will be levied in the case of a cancellation after the Hirer has executed this proposal. The conditions of the cancellation are stipulated as below: i.More than 3 months prior to the contracted period: 50% penalty fee of the total venue hiring charge; ii.Less than 3 months prior to the contracted period: 100% penalty fee of the total venue hiring charge, and any services that have been rendered or tickets that have been issued.
