Cancellation Policy

No charge up to 12 weeks prior to arrival. Any cancellation must be notified by the Client to the Hotel in writing. Village will acknowledge receipt of any cancellation within 24 hours. Village shall permit the Client to postpone and move a Booking to a future date that is not more than 6 months from the start of the original Booking Start Date.
